Return Process

  Log into your Bagstore account and visit the 'Order History' section to select the items you wish to return and generate a return authorization.

  Pack Your Bag

  Carefully place the item back into its original dust bag and shipping box, ensuring all protective plastics and tags are still attached.

  Attach the Label

  Print the prepaid shipping label provided via email and securely affix it to the outside of your package over any old shipping marks.

• 4.
  Drop Off and Track

  Hand your package to the designated courier service and keep your receipt; we will notify you once your return has been inspected and processed.
